Her journey from healthcare to entrepreneurship was driven by one calling: to help people grow. By combining her medical background’s empathy with a business mindset for innovation, she founded Green Umbrella in 2014 to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in Oman’s evolving job market.
As a career guidance and employability skills advisor, she continues to empower individuals to find clarity, confidence, and purpose in their career paths. Her vision extends beyond

Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 with the founding of Blue Umbrella LLC, a company specializing in Business Agency Services — a bold step that marked the start of her mission to connect people, ideas, and opportunities across Oman’s growing economy.
Driven by her passion for human potential, she went on to establish Green Umbrella Recruitment in 2014, expanding her focus to recruitment and talent acquisition, both locally and internationally.
The company quickly became recognized for its professional
integrity, personalized approach, and commitment to building meaningful careers.
By 2017, her vision evolved even further with the creation of Green Umbrella Business Development LLC (GUBD) — a specialized firm dedicated to Business Development, HR Consultancy, and Outsourcing Services.
